Reynolds Construction completed a roofing project for Century 21. Our team roofed over the existing roof with 1/2" fanfold insulation, 50 mil mechanically attached Duro-Last roofing system and all accessories.
We also replaced the existing cap metal with edge metal. This flat roof system will carry a 20-year warranty.

Our team roofed over the existing metal roof with EPS flute filler, 1/2" fan fold insulation, and 50 mil mechanically attached Duro-Last roofing system and all accessories. The roof system will carry a 20-year warranty.

Van Buren Elementary School

PROJECT DETAILS:
Keeping children safe and dry is a priority, and roofing their school properly is one of the things we do best! Our crew completed Van Buren Elementary School while school was in session.
We removed the old roof and installed a Duro-Last 50 mil. mechanically attached roofing system which will give the school another 20 years of enjoying their rooftop. All accessories and skylights were replaced.
Replacing a commercial roof while school is in session without disrupting the faculty or students? Yes! We take extra care to keep our footprint as minimal as possible so as not to disrupt regular school activities.
We will ensure the safety of the students and staff by defining clearly marked safety zones and keeping debris clear from common areas.
