My primary contact for the project was Brian Mathews.  Brian met with me initially to measure and discuss the project.  He provided detailed photos of the issues concerning the roof when he submitted the original bid.  Brian was available and readily answered my questions throughout the discussion and decision making process.  When the church decided to enter into an agreement with Reynolds and begin the project, Brian was quick to respond with a projected timeline.  He took care of all permits, securing a dumpster, portable toilet, etc. so that the work could be completed without major disruptions to the church staff.  The project was completed within the suggested timeframe and new photos of the finished project were provided to our church.  He arranged for the pickup of the dumpster and portable toilet and those were taken care of promptly after the conclusion of the project.  I was given information on the warranty inspection and the follow-through regarding that was spot-on.  We are very pleased with our finished project and have all confidence that if there are any issues, Reynolds will stand behind their work and our product warranty to take care of us.  I am happy to recommend them for anyone considering a major roofing project and trust that they have the expertise and staff to take care of any type of roofing needs.
