To Whom It May Concern:
I started this company in 1983 to erect multi-family housing. We would typically frame the buildings, roof the buildings, install doors & windows, and then install interior doors, cabinets, and trim. We installed vinyl siding and metal soffit & fascia. When the multi-family housing boom declined, we went into the single family housing market. In the early 90’s we began working at the Pine Bluff Arsenal and Little Rock Air Force Base for Brown & Root Services Corp. of Houston, TX which had the JOC and SABER contracts for those facilities. The roofing industry seemed to be the most consistent market we dealt with at the time, so we expanded our operations to include a dedicated roofing division. Although we perform a myriad of construction tasks, the roofing division remains the most consistent market we have until present. We install roofing on State and Federally owned facilities, schools, Post Offices, hospitals, residential, multi-family housing, industrial, and commercial facilities.
In 1993 we became a certified Duro-Last installer. We are the longest standing Duro-Last installer in Arkansas. We maintain an Elite Contractor status with Duro-Last. To date, we have installed nearly 2,500,000 SF of Duro-Last roofing membrane. We have three full time installation crews in the field at all times. We are certified for modified bitumen roofing with BITEC and US PLY. We are certified for TPO and EPDM roofing materials with GENFLEX Roofing Systems.
Reynolds Construction Company, Inc. was formed 1997. I hold a General Contractor’s License in the States of Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. We are also registered to do business in Texas and Oklahoma. We maintain $5,000,000.00 bonding capacity per job with a $25,000,000.00 aggregate.
I own two airplanes: A single engine Cessna 172 and a twin- engine Beechcraft Baron 58P. I often use the airplanes for jobsite visits and aerial photography. It makes monitoring multi-location/ multi-state jobsites much easier and more efficient. The aircraft are also used by our sales team to make jobsite visits and sales.
We maintain a designated QA/QC person on each job and a designated Safety coordinator. We have an OSHA approved Safety Program. Copies are available upon request when appropriately required.
We have a four-year contract with NJPA/EZIQC for JOC contracting in the State of Arkansas that was issued in July, 2009. This is a sister contract to the 5-year IDIQ/JOC maintenance contract we have with the United States Postal Service. We have a contract with TIPS/TAPS that was issued in October, 2009. The primary focus of these contracts is the construction requirements of schools, public housing authorities, and city, county and state government agencies.
We would appreciate the opportunity to serve your roofing needs, as well as any other building needs you may have. We also sell and erect Butler metal buildings. The fact that we are a General Contractor, and not just a Specialty Contractor, leads us to believe that we have a great deal to offer your organization. We can be “one-stop-shopping” and take care of multiple issues at the same time. We have also done several design/build projects.
I will look forward to hearing from you. My cell number is 870-329-0415. Please contact me at your earliest convenience and we will get better acquainted.
